Jason Pritchard is the visionary founder and heartbeat behind Pinnacle Homebuyers. After 15 years in corporate America, Jason made the bold choice to bet on himself and launch a real estate company built on integrity, action, and problem-solving. Since 2014, he’s personally led the purchase of over 500 homes across California’s Central Valley—supporting homeowners in challenging situations and transforming communities, one property at a time.

Jason believes that business is more than transactions—it’s about trust, consistency, and solving real problems. Through relentless effort and unwavering commitment, he has cultivated a team that mirrors his values: dependable, resourceful, and fiercely client-focused.

Jennifer Pritchard

In 2014, while Jason was laying the foundation for their family business, Jen was working as a high school counselor and providing financial support for their family of four. With nearly two decades in education, she genuinely loved her career and the impact she made in students’ lives.

However, as the business steadily grew, so did the demand for her leadership behind the scenes. In August 2022, she officially retired from her W-2 position and transitioned full-time into the family business.

Today, she plays a vital yet often unseen role in the success of their operations—supporting company branding, planning events, building relationships within the community, and offering help wherever it’s needed. She also manages the home front, creating the space and stability that allows Jason to lead with focus and confidence.

Best of all, this new chapter has brought her the freedom to travel, go hiking with friends, work in her garden, and spend more meaningful time with her loved ones—something she values above all else.

As the Chief Operations Officer, Cade serves as the counterpart to the owner of the company and is responsible for faithfully executing the business plan, achieving or exceeding metrics & objectives, and harmoniously leading, managing, and holding the team accountable for results. Cade plays a pivotal role in the success of our real estate investment projects; he leads and oversees the Project Management Team, ensuring the seamless execution of fix & flip projects from acquisition to resale.

As a highly motivated business integrator with over six years of experience in business operations/development, financial management, and B2C sales and investments, Cade has a proven track record of driving the implementation of strategic plans and operational process improvements. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, Fresno, further strengthening his expertise in strategic leadership and organizational growth.

A seasoned real estate investor with years of proven success in Central California, Scott specializes in creating win–win solutions that make the selling process smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

Today, Nakia plays a vital role in supporting Pinnacle’s projects by overseeing subcontractors and assisting with a wide range of responsibilities that keep operations moving efficiently. Whether it is securing new project sites, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, delivering checks, or stepping in to help expedite timelines, Nakia ensures that projects progress smoothly and that on-the-ground needs are met with reliability and care.

Nelson Cantu serves as an Acquisitions Manager at Pinnacle Home Buyers, bringing over eight years of real estate experience and a track record of more than 400 successful transactions. His extensive experience allows him to quickly identify a seller’s challenges and craft custom, win-win solutions tailored to their unique situation. By combining his deep knowledge of both retail and investment real estate with a strategic, results-driven approach, Nelson simplifies complex scenarios and structures deals that benefit all parties.
